About the role

As a Content Creator, you will support multi-platform content production and idea development. Working under the Content Lead or Project Manager, you will turn client briefs into marketing and communications content while protecting both quality and delivery timelines.

What you’ll do

  • Develop content and creative ideas in response to the brief and deliver them by the agreed deadline.

  • Track work in progress and make sure project milestones and requirements are met.

  • Coordinate with Designers, Camera Operators, and Editors to bring content to completion.

  • Support the Lead or Manager with content planning and the organisation of project deliverables.

  • Help prepare reports on project progress, campaign results, and issues that need attention.

  • Provide useful campaign-performance detail when requested by the Account Director.

What we’re looking for

  • A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Six months to one year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a service business.

  • Internship or agency experience is an advantage, especially across multiple industries.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

  • Basic organisation and time-management skills.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social platforms is an advantage.

  • A proactive, responsible, careful attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Benefits and working details

  • Reports to: Production Manager.

  • Work arrangement: Hybrid.

  • Salary: VND 8–12 million per month, based on capability and experience.
