Campaign Context

The Hanoi Convention—the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime—was signed in Hanoi on 25–26 October 2025. The historic event brought together more than 110 countries and senior leaders, including the UN Secretary-General and the President of Vietnam, around the first UN-led global legal framework for international cooperation against cybercrime.

The National Cybersecurity Association led the communications campaign, with RED Agency supporting its reach and execution across digital channels.
